Discover six ways to use the Gymnastics Forza Ring System, explained below.
WORKOUT 50/50 MODE 1 Video
Bodyweight Reduction
In this training setup, bodyweight is reduced by 50%, allowing beginners to comfortably master advanced skills. It is also possible to progressively increase resistance by adding weights directly to the harness.
Resistance Calculation
The actual resistance can be calculated as follows:
(bodyweight + weights) ÷ 2
For example, a bodyweight of 70 kg plus 20 kg weights equals 90 kg. The actual resistance would be 45 kg, which is 50% of the total weight.
PROGRESSIVE DELOADING ON RINGS MODE 2
In this training mode, adding weights reduces bodyweight resistance. For example, if the gymnast in the photo weighs 73 kg, adding 10 kg weights on each side reduces his load to 53 kg. Gradually, you can decrease the added weights until you can perform the skill without any assistance.
Similar to powerlifting, you can use this method to determine your personal record (PR) for each skill. This helps Gymnastics Forza users to perform the right amount of sets and reps to continuously build strength.
BAR WORKOUT 50/50 MODE 3
Using the custom tie-down bands provided in the kit, you can replace the rings with any resistance bar to execute the calisthenics/gymnastic skills stated above, upgrading them specifically for the bar.
PROGRESSIVE DELOADING BAR/FLOOR MODE 4
It is also possible to learn skills directly on the ground in this training mode, fully simulating any calisthenics movement. It may also be used to practice simple exercises like push-ups.
WORKOUT CABLE MACHINE MODE 5
Gymnastics Forza can be used as a cable machine as well. In this training mode, you will be able to train for all of the fundamental movements of calisthenics, gymnastics, CrossFit, bodybuilding, and much more, regardless of where you are.
BACK FLIP MODE 6
The backflip, also known as a back-tuck, somi, or salto, is a terrific way to show off your fitness and agility level, but it is also an advanced skill that can be risky to attempt. During a backflip, your body rotates 360 degrees in the air. It requires a high level of coordination, strength, and agility. It can be difficult to achieve it without the proper safety equipment and an experienced coach. Thanks to Gymnastics Forza equipment, which is often used in bodyweight workouts, you can also practice the backflip technique in complete safety. If you've always wanted to master this skill but have been intimidated by it, now is your chance to do so. With the Gymnastics Forza system support, you won't have to worry about getting injured, while you'll be able to execute hundreds of flips to develop the necessary strength and execution techniques in order to achieve your goal at any age.
