Not in love with your purchase? No problem. You can send it back within 30 days, as long as it is still in brand new condition. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Any return shipping charges are deducted from your refund once we receive the package.
Customs and Duties
We ship to most countries worldwide, and we want you to know exactly how it works.
United States
All prices shown on our website are all inclusive for the United States. This means:
- Shipping is included
- Customs duties and import taxes are included
- You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery
We fully cover customs duties on your behalf. What you pay at checkout is the final price, with no hidden fees and nothing extra on arrival. (In effect from October 16th, 2025.)
Other countries
For most destinations there is nothing extra to pay. In some countries a small local customs fee may apply, paid directly to your local customs, so we recommend checking your country's rules. Either way, we take care of the whole shipping process.
