What it covers: the warranty covers manufacturing defects. Every piece is individually inspected before shipping, so defects are very rare.

How to claim: contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp (all available through the chat on our website) with your order number and a few photos showing the defect. Our team will review your claim and, if the defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected part.

The strength that looks like flying, finally trainable.
Maltese, planche, the cross, the inverted cross, the front lever, the Victorian. The moments where an athlete holds the whole body suspended on straight arms, as if gravity stopped applying. This is the purest strength there is: strength measured against your own bodyweight, the hardest kind to build. If you train on the rings, you want these.
To most people they look impossible, reserved for gymnasts who started as kids. The real reason is simpler: bodyweight skills have no built in way to scale the load. So people attack the full movement at maximum effort, again and again. That is not only risky, it drains the nervous system fast, and instead of getting stronger many athletes stall or even get weaker. Others train generic exercises that never load the exact position the skill needs, so the strength never carries over.
This is what the Gymnastics Forza Ring System changes: it brings progressive overload, the core principle of all strength training, to bodyweight skills. With a harness and pulleys it removes part of your bodyweight through consistent assistance, so you train the exact movement well below your max, then add load step by step as you get stronger. Think of a bench press. You do not reach a 100 kg bench by loading 100 kg on your first day, you build to it set by set, week by week. For the first time, the rings work exactly the same way.
Because you control the load, you can program any ring skill the way a powerlifter programs a lift. Pick the movement, the maltese, the cross, the planche, set an assistance you can actually handle, and follow a simple, structured progression toward the full skill. It is the same idea as using a lat pulldown to build your first pull up. Gymnasts have always used pulleys for this, and the Ring System is like a coach lifting part of your weight for you.
Here is the part to hold on to: if a movement can be scaled, it can be reached. Strength always responds to progression, in every skill, for anyone who trains it the right way. Lower the assistance as you get stronger, keep showing up, and you move closer to the full skill, rep after rep. That is why this works, and why athletes who train this way keep improving instead of staying stuck.
This is not theory. It is exactly how I went from stuck on the rings to elite strength, by applying progression instead of grinding at my max.
