What it covers: the warranty covers manufacturing defects. Every piece is individually inspected before shipping, so defects are very rare.
Duration: 3 years from the date of purchase.
How to claim: contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp (all available through the chat on our website) with your order number and a few photos showing the defect. Our team will review your claim and, if the defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected part.

The iron cross is the most iconic display of bodyweight strength there is. Arms straight out, the whole body held on the rings by pure strength. Gymnasts have always been drawn to it. It may not even be the hardest skill on the rings, but it is the most beautiful to watch, and the one everyone remembers.
And almost everyone believes the same thing: that a movement like this is only for people who did gymnastics, who started as kids. That if you did not grow up on the rings, the iron cross is simply out of reach.
It is not true. The iron cross is not talent, and it is not about starting young. It is strength, and strength is built through progression. You do not earn a hard skill by forcing the full skill. You train the exact position with less load, then make it harder step by step by lengthening the lever. The problem is that the iron cross has no built in way to do this. It has no structure to scale it, and that is exactly why it gets its reputation of being impossible.
The Forza Iron Cross System gives the iron cross the structure it never had: 12 progressive levels that let you train the real position from day one and progress level by level as you get stronger, the way every strength skill should be built. You do not need a gymnastics background. You need a way to scale it.
This is not theory. It is exactly how I went from stuck on the rings to real strength, by applying progression instead of grinding at my max.
